Role Description:

Regional Early Education and Development Inc. (REED) is a non-profit organisation and a registered charity providing high quality early childhood care, development and education to 27 rural Western Australian communities.

REED offers a unique cluster model of management, working to reduce the burden on local Committees and Shires to provide these vital community services.

We are currently seeking volunteer Board members to join us as of our AGM in October. 

We are looking for professionals with an interest in child development, education and care, and a connection to regional Western Australia. Those with a legal background will be well regarded, as would applications from individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

The REED Board meets every two months, with Committees held throughout the year. Meetings are held online, with in-person meetings twice a year or as needed.
